Re: Political compass
Tue, September 14, 2004 - 12:49 PMThanks, that was fun! I fell on the scale somewhere between Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Ghandi-good company! -

Re: Political compass

Tue, September 14, 2004 - 1:28 PMmy political compass had three gyroscopes fail, unfortunately it is now plunging into the outer stratosphere as we speak.

Re: Political compass
Tue, September 14, 2004 - 2:25 PMhehe... that's great! I was quite surprised to find I nearly pinned the needle in the lower left, beating out Gandhi, Mandela and the Dalai Lama... wow. -

Re: Political compass
Tue, September 14, 2004 - 3:22 PMI wound up in the far lower left as well.

Re: Political compass
Tue, September 14, 2004 - 3:53 PMso far, everyone who's shared their results with me (here and among my RL friends) including myslef have wound up somewhere in the lower left quadrant.
Hmmm... note how close Bush and Kerry are? Interesting... -

Re: Political compass
Tue, September 14, 2004 - 8:16 PMi'm also in the lower left, but just about the same location as nelson mandela. funny, since this week a bunch of likudniks went to south africa to see what the south africans had to say about our situation here and how they could help. when i've never found a single similarity between the countries besides the fact that we live on the planet earth.
too bad siddhartha's not on the list. nor the kid from 'the alchemist'...i feel under-represented by their absence. -

Re: Political compass
Wed, September 15, 2004 - 6:04 AManyone who would come onto a message board to share their thoughts would be in the bottom left, i think. -

Re: Political compass
Wed, September 15, 2004 - 11:21 AMLOL- I would tend to agree with you!
although I'd like to hear other viewpoints, too.
I am a little surprised because I'm admittedly a little bit of a hyprocrite in some places (I want things both ways) and thought I might turn out more towards the middle- but not here!
maybe it's rigged! Ha ha!

Re: Political compass
Wed, September 15, 2004 - 11:09 AMAccording to the chart, I'm right near where Nelson Mandela's at. That's pretty cool. -

Re: Political compass
Fri, September 17, 2004 - 7:13 PMI'm chillin' near Ghandi. Cool. Last time I took one of those quizes I was close to one point right. Look at what our wonderful governing policies have done to change me in the last 3 years or so. Thanks George W. I feel like you've saved my morality by some freak accident. Now I can't wait to vote against you.
