      If i were judge and jury id throw the book at him also--mainly because he is considered a "public" figure in a position of influence and is supposed to be looked up to by his subscribers.
      
      What kind of example does he portray to everyone?

            BAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH we all saw what happened after marv albert was convicted. nbc fires him, he becomes a mercenary to heterosexual sports fans everywhere and a year or so later he's back on tv.

          I served as an alternate juror for two weeks, and I didn't even vote, on the verdict. It was a big waste of time for me.

              and speaking of news, msnbc said the other day that there are rumors for a settlement. and if it is a settlement, guess what...he still had a job and he's still a respected figure amongst the gossipy bitches we call the cable news.
