Re: O'Reilly lawsuit
Wed, October 20, 2004 - 11:33 AMhe's a real cocksucker at its finest. guys like this are subject to a different playing field and more than not escape justice.
If i were judge and jury id throw the book at him also--mainly because he is considered a "public" figure in a position of influence and is supposed to be looked up to by his subscribers.
What kind of example does he portray to everyone?
I know, I just dont have time to post...I think u know too tribe.

Re: O'Reilly lawsuit
Fri, October 22, 2004 - 10:02 AMIt's too soon to tell, but I have a suspicion that the woman involved has taped the conversations.
If that's true, he's toast.
If it is true, I hope he gets fired, forced to grovel, give away his ill-gotten fortune, and have his name ruined.
If it is true, he's a hypocrite of the highest order. -

I served as an alternate juror for two weeks, and I didn't even vote, on the verdict. It was a big waste of time for me. -

Re: O'Reilly lawsuit
Sat, October 23, 2004 - 10:19 AMBUT you still had all the evidence before you and if you were turned to, you could have given a vote based upon that and not news reports as has been the case in this thread. -

Re: O'Reilly lawsuit
Sun, October 24, 2004 - 12:29 AMhey, i'm not saying he's guilty. i'm saying if he is, he'll get off lightly.
and speaking of news, msnbc said the other day that there are rumors for a settlement. and if it is a settlement, guess what...he still had a job and he's still a respected figure amongst the gossipy bitches we call the cable news.
has anyone seen jon stewart on crossfire? today's your lucky day..
