...and I have to say that as someone who's taught in the UC system and has been accused of so-called leftist platforming, I do somewhat agree with this. The reason being that I don't think that the classroom is somewhere we should be airing our political views (leave that to the material we choose). I also think it's important and healthy for us to present issues that represent our polar opposite positions. But this also smacks of a witch-hunt...
